Early morning and later afternoon tours are great for spotting dolphins and manatees. Weekdays have less traffic and are a premium time to rent, but anytime is great for cruising Millionaire’s row, Star and Fisher Island, and seeing the cruise ship port. A tour to Key Biscayne gives you all of this and a gorgeous view of Miami’s skyline.
